1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using GoldMetrics, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Service
GoldMetrics is a software-as-a-service platform for UAE gold trading companies. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify support immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in AED. A 30-day free trial is offered to new companies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing is published on the GoldMetrics pricing page.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access another tenant's data, or use the platform for any illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Data and privacy
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldMetrics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice.
