Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are issued for GoldMetrics subscriptions.

This is a placeholder document. Before public launch, this page must be reviewed and finalised by qualified legal counsel for the jurisdiction of operation (UAE).

1. Free trial

Every new company receives a 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to stop further billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of the initial purchase if no material use of the platform has occurred. After that, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Service outages

In the event of a prolonged service outage attributable to GoldMetrics, we may issue service credits at our discretion.

5. How to request

Send refund requests to our support team with your company name and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
